To view the PDF files you need
to install the Adobe Acrobat Plugin. This software is
freeware and can be downloaded from the Adobe homepage.
If opening the PDF file fails and/or results in the error
message "Error Reading linearized hint data", right click on
the link to save the PDF file locally and then open it.
Alternative for Adobe Acrobat V5.0:
You can work around the problem by starting your Acrobat
Reader on its own (e.g., from the Start button), find the
menu option "Edit", "Preferences", then "Options," and turn
off "Allow fast web view". Now reopen the web browser which
should display the PDF.
Alternative for Adobe Acrobat V6.0:
menu option "Edit", "Preferences", then "Internet," and turn
off "Allow fast web view"
